In the wake of the Marquee War and the Raven Lands war of succession, many refugees and displaced persons found a home at the border between their war torn lands. With the great need for aid and guidance, many of those people were readily brought into to open arms of the Church of Embers. The Church, having been greatly diminished after the failed ritual during the Blight watch, has found themselves rebuilt and reborn, ready to truly bring flame to the hearts of all in the Lands of Deeplight.

The wizards of Vinci have long been keeping an eye on this cult, as summoning a greater fire spirit is not a small accomplishment. In their research they have discovered that the Church prays to an incredibly powerful being, Prima Târ, Lord of flame. This primordial first spark wants desperately to come into our world, and there is no telling what danger that should hold.

The Pyromancers of Vinci have sent a delegate to the town of Banamshire to prevent the latest ritual by any means necessary. They have found this to be of dire necessity as the winds of magic are aligned just so that a new ritual will finally allow the Flame god to step foot on our world.

They have sent out the call to any heroes to set course to Banamshire to aid in their endeavors. Will our heroes be able to handle the flames, or be left as ash in the wind.
